This command decorates a range of biomes naturally, as if by world generation.
This is useful for retrogeneration - in other words, if you've added Recurrent Complex after generating a world and want to add some live to it in post.

This modifies the decoration to place exactly one structure in the area. This is useful for decorating bland spots in your world with proper weighted random decoration, as well as roughly testing the decoration of particular setups.
